Poraka Nova as on of the partners in the framework of the Erasmus+ YinfoPioneers: Pioneering Youth Information and Counselling in the Western Balkans project, participated in the webinar that was held on 21-22 February 2023. This webinar was designed with an aim the participants to gain knowledge about different youth information and counselling models, practices, and resources. +40 participants from various profiles, experts from the ERYICA network, project partners and young people, the relevance, concept, principles and impact of youth information and counselling were discussed joined the event. The participants learned about existing coordinating structures and services provided across Europe and familiarize themselves with how youth information is embedded into national youth policies and work.
On the first day the program was shaped in order to familiarize the attendants about the:
-Concept and impact of youth information and counselling – which was presented by Eva Reina, ERYICA Director
-Youth (information) policies and practice at the European level – Jorge Orlando Quieirós, IPDJ and ERYICA Governing Board Member
– Presentation of the YinfoPioneers project –Anna Nesladek, ERYICA Project Manager
– Different models of youth information –Imre Simon, ERYICA Development Manager
– Panel: what youth information and counselling brings young people
On the second day the partners consortium members created various topics for different sessions where all participants could share their experience regarding eac specific topics. The thematic sessions in break-out rooms were divided into :
