Social Impact NFT

Project Description

SINFT is an European project organized by Poraka Nova, dedicated to empower youngsters to make social impact through creation of NFT’s.
By providing an online training platform, the project will create opportunities for youngsters, youth organizations and other CSOs and social enterprises to learn about the latest technology and how to use these tools to enhance their social impact. Through the training of young people, particularly those from marginalized communities, the project will provide them with the skills and knowledge to create NFTs and market these products. The training will also focus on incorporating NFT e-commerce into non-profit websites, which will help to sustain these organizations.

Project Objectives

The main objective of this project is to empower young people (including the ones from marginalized communities) by providing them with the knowledge, skills, and resources to create social impact NFTs, which will be in service of the youth organization in order to create social impact. By doing so, they will be able to use their creativity and entrepreneurial spirit to address social issues that affect their communities.

Specific Objectives:
1. To provide an online platform for training, collaboration, design, and sales of Social Impact NFTs, based on blockchain technology and artificial intelligence to learn about the latest technology opportunities.
2. To empower young people, marginalized communities and social entities to create NFTs in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
3. To support the marketing of NFTs created by teams of young people, marginalized communities and social entities to provide sustainability for their social causes.
4. To help nonprofits incorporate NFT e-commerce into their websites.
5. To raise awareness of the opportunities offered by digitalization, NFTs, blockchain, and AI to increase social impact.
6. To increase collaboration and social dialogue

Project Outcomes

WP 1 Outcomes: Project methodology document, Monthly meeting minutes and weekly e-mail exchange records, Evaluation Report, Final Project Report (Narrative + Financial), Sustainability and Continuation Plan.

WP 2 Oucomes: MOOC Content plan and modules design report. MOOC Content for each module/lesson created in electronic version document. Digital SNIFT platform prototype. Interactive digital SNIFT platform (electronic format, English, estimated 100 pages, Month 30). Recruitment procedures document with presentation instructions. Database of organizations and participants recruited.

WP 3 Outcomes: Virtual exchanges outline. Online courses outline. NFT collections created.

WP 4 Outcomes: Dissemination report. Online engagement report. Brand building and dissemination strategy. Complete impact report publication digitally on the project website. Promotional material.
