On the occasion of the International Day for Digital Learning, celebrated on 19 March 2026, Poraka Nova proudly contributed to this year’s All Digital Weeks 2026 campaign —a Europe-wide initiative dedicated to strengthening digital skills, promoting inclusion, and fostering innovation across communities.

As part of the national campaign, an inspiring event titled “Digital Learning for Social Good” was held in Ohrid at UIST – University for Information Science and Technology “St. Paul the Apostle” . The gathering brought together stakeholders from academia, civil society organizations, and business sector to exchange ideas and explore how digital technologies can be used to create meaningful social impact.

The event highlighted the growing importance of digital competencies in today’s world, especially for young people. Through a keynote session focused on the role of emerging technologies, participants reflected on how areas like artificial intelligence and Web3 are shaping the future of work, education, and civic engagement. Emphasis was placed on the need to equip youth with the right skills to actively participate in the digital economy, unlock new opportunities, and contribute to a more innovative and competitive society.

A key example presented during the event was the SINFT initiative—an innovative project that demonstrates how digital tools can be leveraged for social good. By combining blockchain-based technologies with social entrepreneurship, SINFT empowers young people to design and implement initiatives that address real community challenges. Through hands-on learning in digital skills, entrepreneurship, and responsible technology use, participants are supported in transforming their ideas into impactful actions.

The discussions throughout the event reinforced an important message: digital learning goes far beyond technical knowledge. It is a powerful driver for tackling societal challenges, strengthening communities, and contributing to broader development goals. Initiatives like those showcased during All Digital Weeks 2026 prove that when digital education is accessible and inclusive, it becomes a catalyst for positive change.

Poraka Nova remains committed to supporting a digital transformation that benefits everyone. By actively engaging in initiatives like All Digital Weeks, we continue to advocate for a future where digital innovation is inclusive, ethical, and aligned with the needs of society.

This event was organized by Poraka Nova in collaboration with Brainster as fellow national coordinator of All Digital Week 2026 campaign and our long time collaborators from University for Information Science and Technology “St. Paul the Apostle”  and Angor AG company.
