I am writing to express my enthusiastic interest in participating in the Youth Exchange on the topic of the Green Deal and Well-being in Portugal. This project presents an extraordinary opportunity to discuss problems that are very important for us, including the energy transition, climate change, environmental protection, and promoting well-being through healthy lifestyle habits.
As a psychology student I had the opportunity to be a trainer in one of the EFPSA projects Better together and many other activities about the mental health and well-being. Active participation in the Psihesko association have given me the opportunity to improve my communication skills and team working, as well as to learn many ice breakers and energizers.
Participating in this Youth Exchange program in Portugal is an exciting experience for several reasons. Firstly, I am eager to learn from the innovative policies and practices that Portugal has implemented in its pursuit of sustainability and well-being. Secondly, I am looking forward to collaborate with people from different countries, share different ideas and perspectives and learn different things about their cultures. Lastly, I would like to expand my knowledge on this topic, which will help me to take the initiative and participate in similar projects in our country.
I consider myself an open-minded person and I think the desire to make a change with the acquired knowledge will contribute to the team. I am looking forward to the possibility of being part of this inspiring program in Portugal.
Yours sincerely,
Magdalena Karanfilova
