TC Building Youth Exchanges in Alicante

Project Info
“Building Youth Exchanges” youth exchange in Alicante, Spain organized by Cazzala Intercultural.
Project Description
The aim of this project is to equip participants with the necessary competencies and skills to design and implement quality youth exchanges for young people.
During the training, we will explore essential elements of a youth exchange, such as inclusion and diversity, conflict management, group dynamics, and communication. These topics will be addressed through non-formal education methods and activities that participants can later adapt and implement in their own projects.
