Martina Durljanova Program Coordinator for Social Inclusion, representing Association PORAKA NOVA, participated in the LEMON General Assembly and Strategic Workshop held on 28–29 October 2026 in Viana do Castelo, Portugal.
The two-day gathering brought together LEMON network members to discuss the future development of the network and its transition from an informal alliance into a formal European network.
Under the common vision of building stronger European cooperation, participants engaged in strategic discussions and collaborative working sessions addressing the network’s future political direction, governance structure, membership framework and quality standards. The programme also focused on developing services for network members, evaluating the activities carried out in 2026 and defining priorities for the upcoming year.
An important part of the meeting was dedicated to shaping the 2027 Network Roadmap and Workplan, as well as exploring new project ideas and opportunities for collaboration among members.

During the meeting, Martina also presented PORAKA NOVA’s innovative Erasmus+ project, SINFT – Social Impact NFTs: Empowering Youth to Make Social Impact by Creation of NFTs. The presentation showcased how emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, blockchain and NFTs, can open new opportunities for young people and civil society organisations to develop innovative solutions and support social impact initiatives.
The participation in the LEMON General Assembly provided PORAKA NOVA with an opportunity to exchange experiences, present its ongoing work and contribute to discussions about the future of European cooperation. It also strengthened the organisation’s commitment to building meaningful partnerships, promoting social innovation and creating opportunities for more inclusive and empowered communities.
Through active participation in European networks, PORAKA NOVA continues to connect ideas, people and organisations, turning cooperation into opportunities for positive social change.
