V.O.L.A.R.E. – Volunteering Opportunities Launching Abilities to Realize Empowerment.
We are looking 4 Macedonian participants to join the V.O.L.A.R.E. Training Course in Shibenik, Croatia from 19th October 2023 – 25th October 2023. Discover a world of possibilities with V.O.L.A.R.E, an immersive Erasmus+ Training Course designed to ignite your passion for promoting and implementing volunteering values and activities in your local community, with a focus on youth: from the opportunities brought forth by the European Solidarity Corps, to what Volunteering Centers in the local community can provide, but not only. From the 19th to the 25th of October 2022, join us for a week-long mobility that brings together youth organization staff from across Europe.
Throughout the course, you’ll engage with like-minded professionals, sharing innovative ideas and best practices for promoting volunteerism. You’ll acquire new knowledge and skills to engage young people in meaningful volunteer activities, and discover the importance of volunteerism in local communities.
With a focus on developing solidarity projects, V.O.L.A.R.E offers a unique opportunity to design volunteering activities that support both the local community and the personal development of young people. You’ll gain access to new tools and methods, enabling you to create impactful projects that make a real difference in the lives of those involved.
Moreover, V.O.L.A.R.E is more than just a training course. It’s an opportunity to expand your professional network and enhance your expertise in youth work. With training and co- operation opportunities, you’ll develop your professionalism and gain a broader European perspective on youth work.

Mobility period: 19th October 2023 – 25th October 2023 (+2 travel days)
Location: Šibenik (Šibenik-Knin County, Croatia).
Other participating countries: Croatia, Italy, Spain, Bulgaria, France
Hosting organization: Udruga mladih “Mladi u EU”
Eligibility: +18 years old with interest around volunteering activities. Previous experience with other ESC/Erasmus+ projects is desirable. We will select 4 participants from Macedonia to join this event.
Benefits:
Travel costs will be reimbursed to each participant. The hosting organisation is responsible for your tickets reimbursement.
Accommodation: Hostel Scala
Food: 3 meals per day will be provided by the hosting organisation.
